Our response times would improve without adding headcount. We raised this during the pilot and it is still the main gap. It is the single biggest reason our team still keeps a second tool open.

What changes

Not urgent, but it would save everyone about an hour a week. Customers ask about this on nearly every onboarding call. Right now this costs us roughly two hours a week.

  1. Enable bulk actions.
  2. Enable dark mode.

Common pitfalls

It is the single biggest reason our team still keeps a second tool open. Our support volume would drop noticeably if this shipped.

  1. Enable an offline mode.
  2. Enable changelog email previews.
  3. Enable an audit log.
  4. Enable dark mode.

Next steps

This is the difference between a nice-to-have and a daily driver. Not urgent, but it would save everyone about an hour a week. We raised this during the pilot and it is still the main gap.
