The CSV export double-submits on a slow connection under Firefox private browsing

Breaks the layout below 380px — reproduced on two machines.

Expected: the vote button keeps its state. Actual: it counts an anonymous vote twice after the cookie is reset.

    Same here, though for us it only happens on mobile. Even a read-only version would unblock us.

    Is there a workaround in the meantime? Even a manual one would help. This is table stakes in every competing product we evaluated.
