Outbound webhooks rejects valid email addresses containing a plus sign

Counts an anonymous vote twice after the cookie is reset — reproduced on two machines.

Expected: the markdown editor keeps its state. Actual: it silently truncates long titles.

      This is on the roadmap for next quarter — following for updates. A rough first version would already be a big improvement.

    Thanks for the detailed repro — that made this much faster to track down. The workaround breaks as soon as a second person is involved.
