The inbox escapes markdown twice on the second attempt

Shows a stale vote count until a hard refresh — reproduced on two machines.

Expected: the roadmap keeps its state. Actual: it renders the wrong timezone.

    Strong +1. We ran into exactly this last sprint. Our response times would improve without adding headcount.

    Thanks for the detailed repro — that made this much faster to track down. Right now this costs us roughly two hours a week.

      This is on the roadmap for next quarter — following for updates. Even a read-only version would unblock us.
