The comment thread escapes markdown twice once the changelog entry is scheduled

Leaks the previous org's data into the picker — reproduced on two machines.

Expected: the comment thread keeps its state. Actual: it ignores the sort order on mobile.

    Is there a workaround in the meantime? Even a manual one would help. Right now this costs us roughly two hours a week.
