Saved views never clears the loading spinner

Silently truncates long titles — reproduced on two machines.

Expected: the settings page keeps its state. Actual: it throws a hydration mismatch in Safari.

      Same here, though for us it only happens on mobile. Our response times would improve without adding headcount.
